What is Naqad.pk?

Naqad.pk is an online store that allows all types of consumers, whether a student, artist, corporate, institution or school, to fulfill their various requirements. Is account registration required?

Account registration at Naqad.com is not compulsory but if you registered your account then you can enjoy more features like Order history & transactions.

How do I place an order of an item?

Once you have chosen a product, click on the "add to cart" button. Then checkout after checkout there will be two Checkout options (1) New Customer (2) Returning Customer

If you are ordering first time then click on New Customer

If you have already registered then select Returning customer

Then click on Continue button Account & Billing details will be open then select Payment method & confirm order. Your order will be placed.

Where do I see exactly how much I will be charged for shipping?

Exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout page below subtotal amount

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Naqad.pk offers free shipping nationwide for all orders over Rs. 5,000. On orders below Rs.5, 000, the shipping cost will be applied.

How can I claim warranty for the product I have purchased?

Warranty is applicable and will be dealt by Brand of that product directly

How will I know how much my order will cost?

You will get to know the complete cost for your order at the checkout page.

Does Naqad.pk ensure my order is correct and in proper condition?

When picking up your order from the vendor, we will do our best to ensure the following:

• That your order is in its original packaging as provided by the vendor

• That your order is as per the requirements you specified

• That the packaging slip is intact and applied to your package

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in only one condition if your order is not dispatched and send for delivery. You can call on our customer service number 0321-1818381 for order cancellation.

What if the product I want is ‘Out of Stock’?

Product inventory is maintained by the vendor of the product, if a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An estimated lead time for order fulfillment will be informed upon inquiry.

When will you have special offers or deals on products and how will I know?

Deals and promotions will be advertised on Naqad.pk products regularly on the website and through our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Pages along with other on-ground and media activities.

Do I have to pay any taxes on the products I order?

No. The prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. 

How do I return the product I purchased in case of a problem?

In case of problem with your purchase, let us know by sending an email to info@naqad.pk or give us a call at 0321-18 18 381 within 2 days.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

If your purchase is faulty, defective, damaged, or does not match the original specifications for the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased, you may lodge a complaint with & Call Center at 0321-18 18 381 or send an email to info@naqad.pk, and our representatives will make the best effort to facilitate in resolving the problem with the vendor.

What happens if I’m not there when my order is delivered?

Generally, all shipments will be delivered between 11am and 8pm between Mondays and Saturdays. If you are not available, you may be contacted by our representative to determine the next possible time to visit, or to whom the order can be handed over in your absence.

Where will my order be delivered?

When placing your order, you will be asked to enter your complete address at the bottom of this screen, there will be two address:

• Address 1 

• Address 2

The package will be delivered to the Address 1 you first entered. If you are not available on Address 1 then it will be delivered at address 2.

Why should I update my Account Information?

Updating your account will help us identify the right products that you may be interested in.

Do you have a return policy?

What are the delivery charges?

Naqad.pk provides different delivery charges according to weight wise & Area wise. In some products Naqad.pk provides free delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

If you are ordering from Lahore then your order will be delivered within 24 hours after your order confirmation. For other cities Order delivery takes up to 5-7 working days.

Do I received a notification after placing an order?

Yes. An email will sent to you after placing an order also you will receive a confirmation call about your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Initially Naqad.pk providing COD payment method

How do I register with Naqad.pk?

Register with Naqad.pk is easy. Go to www.naqad.pk and then Click Register from My Account. A form will be open fill the form & submit it your account will be registered.

How do you ensure all your products are original or authentic?

We research and identify the vendors of each product from the regional and global headquarters for each brand and company. This way we can guarantee that they are the original product distributors in Pakistan
